Col. Mark Centra, a native of Clearfield, Pennsylania, now a member of the Department of Defense, worked with many to develop the Department of Homeland Security spoke to the graduating members of Legal Eagles 3. Also, speaking at he graduation ceremony was Sgt. Russell Brought, who had just returned rom Iraq and President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman. Many local officials and repreentatives were also at the cermonies and the students paid tribute to the program and retiring teacher Donald Shaffer.
