The third annual Legal Eagles Program kicked off for the Curwensville fifth graders and students at Clearfield St. Francis and Centre Elementary. Master of Ceremonies Bob E. Day, WCPA/WQYX, introduced Crimestoppers president Mark Falvo, who coordinates the program of government officials and law enforcement speakers. This session featured Pennsylvania State Police Community Service Officer Bruce Morris. He urged the students to make the right choices because their actions will affect the rest of their lives.
